Excellent workmanship. However I am having trouble getting them to answer questions on an email I sent to them about palm rest .

My cane is so strong yet light it gives me so much confidence that i can rely on it and is has so many uses you will see when you get one.

DESIGN YOUR OWN CANE

I've had a Cane Master cane for almost 2-years and absolutely love it. My last order was a gift for a very good friend. I phoned in my order which may have been a mistake. I asked for top & bottom grips plus shark teeth in the middle. I got extended top grips instead, which IMO may have thrown off the balance of the design. My bad that I didn't catch it before it was too late, I guess. I also asked that the cane be shipped with a signature required. Since the price of the cane was $545, I didn't think that was an unreasonable request. The person who took the order assured me it would be no problem. When I tracked the shipment, it showed that it was sent 'ground delivery.' I called the shipper and was told the no signature was requested. Tracking shows the package on my friend's porch, but since I haven't been able to reach him, I still don't know if he actually received the cane or if a porch pirate grabbed it. Overall, very disappointing.

I like my cane very much. The laser inscribing was slightly messy, for over $500.00, but not enough to request correction.

DESIGN YOUR OWN CANE

First Canemasters cane ever. Everything was made to order. Light & well-balanced. Oak and Hickory are my 2 favorite woods & this cane is oak. Will be great for special occasions d/t beauty of cane and/or a great blunt force tool for use as needed when entering buildings where “weapons” are not allowed. Much hardware in my body & this tool really does a great job of checking all of the boxes!!
