Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • The item(s) in your cart

  • Your chosen shipping method

  • Your delivery location

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Where Orders Ship From

All Cane Masters wooden canes, sticks, and staffs are handcrafted in our workshop in Oakland Park, FL, USA. Every order ships directly from our Florida location.

 


 

Order Processing & Delivery Times

 

Handcrafted Production Time

Because each cane is built by hand, please allow:

  • Up to 25 working days (excluding weekends) for custom canes and walking sticks

  • 2–3 days for Dojo canes, which ship faster

When your order enters our shipping department, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If you don’t see the email:

Custom Cane Return Policy

Because each custom cane is handcrafted specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective.
