Level 2 builds on the American Cane System (ACS) student's level one knowledge introducing the philosophy of the ACS and traditional martial arts concepts including style structure.  New topics include training on a heavy bag with a cane, partner drills (blocking and striking cane vs. cane with a partner), and a more in depth look at the Exercise System.  This DVD was professionally filmed and edited using three different camera angles, and documents the material required to test for Orange Belt. Good content. I had to buy this again; I gave my level 2 DVD to a student because I had subscribed to the Canemasters Dojo. Then the dojo disappeared.

I like this version a lot! The Kata shows each defence and then shows how it would relate to a human attacker.
As only my second kata in ACS, it is so helpful in developing my confidence toward general competence and also testing.
